Up and Running...


I hosted my PartyLite® starter show on Friday night, and what a great turn out! I was pleased to meet my new advisor – I love her – and spend the evening with some wonderful friends and family. I even got to meet a new face. Because of my outside and online orders - plus the orders gathered at the show - I was able to meet my quota and obtain my kit. I’m now officially a PartyLite® consultant and I’m up and running.
I truly believe that the best way to introduce somebody to PartyLite® is by getting them to host a home show. By hosting, you get to see the products, smell the samples and collect hostess rewards shopping bucks (along with visiting with friends and family). Each month, PartyLite® offers new hostess (and guest) specials. So it’s never a bad time to throw a party. Catalog show or home show? It’s totally up to you. If you’re the type of person who loves to entertain, I would say the home show is just for you! If you want to reap the hostess rewards but don’t want to invite people to your home, then a catalog show is the right fit for you.  I’m busy gathering up my friends and family to host shows! I need to get several booked in the next couple of months to get off to a PartyLite® “bright start” (and before our little munchkin arrives)!
I’m excited that PartyLite® allows me to get out and meet new faces and introduce the world’s largest direct seller of candles, home accessories and flameless fragrance to anybody who will listen!

Forklift Operator I don't know if there's anything more awesome than watching my child experience things that I got to experience in my childhood. For those of you who know my family and my background, you know that I was raised in the mountains of Western North Carolina (and when I mean in the mountains - I mean literally, IN the mountains)! We lived on a dirt road near my Grandparents and my Uncle Pat and Aunt Teri. Throwback Thursday

If it's Thursday, and I'm looking on Instagram , Facebook ,  Twitter or any other social media app, I'm going to see #TBT (if you're not sure what #TBT is, don't feel bad because it took me a while to catch on to what it was too). Since "Throwback Thursday" is getting more and more trendy, I thought I would jump on the bandwagon and use my Thursday blog to share some throwback memories! In 1994 (yes, Joe Diffie was probably rockin' on the radio), my family moved from North Carolina to Indiana. Even though we only lived in Indiana for 4 short years, I made a lifetime of memories. The school district we moved into was the South Henry School Corporation and my sister and I attended Tri Jr. Sr. High School. The Best Is Yet To Come

Matt & I  - Little Rock, Arkansas Texas Road Trip 2008 5 years ago (this month), I went on my first road trip with Matt. Matt's Mom was moving to Texas and I decided to ride along with Matt as he pulled a trailer from Indiana (he stopped in Tennessee to pick me up) to Texas. I have heard that it's a long trip but we were so busy getting know each other that the time flew by. I have to say that being stuck in a vehicle with somebody for that long is a good way to figure out if you like them or not. :-) Lucky for us, it was just the first of MANY road trips to come. 4 years ago (next month), I moved to Indiana to be with Matt. It was one of the hardest decisions I've ever made, but it was definitely the right one! Moving to Indiana helped me grow in so many ways.
